12&U - Beginners

For beginners who want to give water polo a try, the pathway to Nordek Water Polo Club is the Canberra Water Polo Academy's  Junior Dolphins program for kids aged 7 – 13.

The only requirement is that your child can swim 25 meters Freestyle.
